I did my very first yoga class this morning and a reall liked it!! I will plan on doing this class 2x a week, which should help me reach my goal easily. I didn’t really focus on my weights as much as I would like. Had to skip the abs section at the end, just figured I could make it up during the yoga class. I am focusing very hard on what and when I eat this weekend. I ate at 3:30, so I will plan to eat something again at 4 pm, with dinner hopefully around 6…Weekends are very hard for me, but I have faith I can get through it. Maybe a little later i will get up and aroud and head out to Whole Foods. Can’t wait!!
