Day 2 of Fall Challenge..

Eats:

Breakfast: 1/2 c oats, 1 scoop whey Protein, 1/2 c blueberries, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp flax meal, coffee, water, fish oil

Snack: 2 Laughing Cow wedges, bran crackers, 3 oz turkey

Lunch: Tomato and Herb soup, 1/2 c quinoa, 4 oz tuna, apple, water, fish oil

Snack: 6 oz LF yogurt, 1/2 c natural granola

5PM: whey shake and banana

Dinner: 5 oz shredded chicken and mixed veg, water, multi and fish oil

Workout: Hopefully will squeeze in 30 mins of biking before class, or uphill walking after
