Beignning of Fall Challenge…
Today was day 1 of the Fall 52DC, and I couldn’t be happier. If I am not being accountable during these challenges, then I tend to fall apart. I have set very lofty goals, but I am confident that nothing is going to stop me. I have had a wonderful day of clean eating: oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast, grapes and turkey for snack 1, tilapia and quinoa with steamed broccoli for lunch, hummus and veg for snack 2, protein shake before and after my workout, and tomato and herb soup with quinoa for dinner! I felt a little hungry today, right before lunch and around 4:30, but it goes away fast. As for a workout, I lifted for 30 mins and then followed that with 30 mins of kick boxing. Boy did that wear me out! I am ready for the weekend. 1 day down…..51 to go!
