The Summer 52DC has ended, and for me it did not end well. I only met 3 goals, and I barely met those. Fall challenge starts in a week and a half and I have set EXTREMELY lofty goals…
CE: 90/RT: 20/CT: 30/PG1: Lose 20 lbs/PG2: 500 Pushups/PG3: Alcohol 1x a week/PG4: read 1 non-school book/PG5: Go to all classes
I think the most difficult thing will be the weight loss. I enjoyed TNT while I was on it. It was neccisarily extreme, but I don’t think I can make it a lift time habit. Instead, I am waiting on my newest purchase. “The Eat Clean Diet” from one of the columnist from Oxygen. I have recently started reading Oxygen and absolutely love it!! Even Better than M&F Hers…..I know I shouldn’t make a diet change this soon; I was only on TNT for 6 weeks. I believe that a more balanced diet, with whole grains and fruit, will be better for me.
