Another day…
I think today has been a rough day. I am soloing at work and that has me a tad bit stressed, not too much though. The major cause of my heartburn is my lack of results. I know I am silly for wanting results so quick, but alas I am nto a patient person. Never have…..prolly never will be. Such is life! I have considering going to see a nutritionist, cost is $30 for 15 mins - $120 for an hour! While I believe this time ( and possibly money) would be well spent, I just don’t know. Laze has been a tremendous help and BBM, TNT, and many other give nonstop support. I couldn’t ask for me.
Just a little down today, and I want to go home and read the new Muscle & Fitness my bf bought, and watch my beloved Biggest Loser. I am skipping calc so I can spend some more time in the gym. I know I shouldn’t but my priorities are changing as I change. Maybe I could get a degree in Nutrition or Sports something-or-other…tonight will get better, so just have to get through the afternoon. Onward and upward!

A FAR better reason to skip class than I ever used…I’m pretty sure my most usual reason for not attending was a vodka and orange juice…or ten….
Sometimes I use excuses, but most of the time I just don’t show. It’s college, if the student doesn’t come to class its their perogative…
Boom.
I hope today is a better day!!! As you said, it’s college…and you know the consequences or not of your actions…
Don’t expect too much too soon, give your body time to get use to your new routines, don’t stress, stress is not good for you. Slow and steady wins the race…right? As for a nutritionst, I wouldn’t spend the money, you know, you really do know what to do and there is so much knowledge out here. So many people have been successful and are ready to help you !
As for the cardio while doing NRIL4W (sorry I didn’t respond earlier…crazy life I lead) anyway, I do do cardio with it…either opposite days of my lifting or sometimes the same days. Do what feels right with your body..you do need to do some cardio tho’.
Keep your head up and keep the weights moving…youc an do it!

You are in for the long haul. You have to find your groove - what works for you - then you will just make it happen. It is within your reach - because - you want it to be.

I have found that there is a lot of incredible nutrition information available online. I looked at going to a nutritionist also, but decided to see what I could find on my own first.
Of course be sure to consider the source of the information, and you can always ask on the forums.
I hope you got more from the workout than the 1 day of calc.
